These terms apply to the Grow With Liam discovery-call appointment SMS program operated by Liam Beliveau.

Program and consent

When you voluntarily select the separate SMS consent checkbox and submit your contact information on our appointment-text enrollment page, you agree to receive informational text confirmations relating to discovery-call appointments you requested. This program does not include promotional or marketing SMS.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing a service. Providing a mobile number or making a booking alone does not establish SMS consent. Use a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if it changes.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Grow With Liam does not charge a separate subscription fee for this appointment SMS program.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. You may receive a single message confirming your opt-out. After that, no further program texts will be sent unless you provide new consent. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment. Contact us separately to change or cancel a booking.
